Terms of Use

Fleurexpert inc. (”Fleurexpert”) operates the fleurexpert.ca website (the ”website”). The use of this website is controlled and/or managed by the following conditions. These conditions represent a contract between you ‘the buyer’ and Fleurexpert inc. These conditions can be modified at anytime by Fleurexpert.

Website place of exploitation

The Fleurexpert website is being operated from its offices in Canada. Fleurexpert makes no notation on the effect that some website elements might be used outside of Canada. Web site access is forbidden on territories where the legislation prohibits its contents. Those who choose to use the website do it on their own initiative and should conform to every applicable laws. Every claim relative to the website and its contents are controlled by Quebec law.

Restrictions of use

Except certain specified sections, it is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, publish, translate, dispense, download, post or forward any elements from the website without written permission from Fleurexpert or the copyright holder.

Business trademark

All logos and trademarks used or posted on the website are registered by Fleurexpert or a third party. It is forbidden to use or reproduce a trademark without the owner’s written permission.

GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

Conditions

  • Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary. Fleurexpert is not responsible for shipping delays;
  • If the products ordered are not available from the supplier, you will be informed within 72 hours. The products concerned will be cancelled and will not be subject to a back order;
  • Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled by the customer;
  • For pick-ups, orders must be collected within 24 hours of arrival and/or the scheduled pick-up date;
  • By submitting an order, the customer accepts the terms and conditions established by Fleurexpert;
  • Upon confirmation of an order, the payment terms of your Fleurexpert account apply to the order;
  • Orders are not subject to discounts or rebates;
  • All claims must be reported to Fleurexpert within 48 hours of pick-up or delivery and will be subject to a revision.

Order confirmation

Fleurexpert reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit quantities, close accounts and refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, including after the order had been placed, whether or not the order has been confirmed, accepted or invoiced.

Prices

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars;
  • Fleurexpert reserves the right to correct any errors in product pricing or information, and to modify product prices at any time, without prior notice;
  • No rebate or discount is applicable on the price of products displayed;
  • Product prices may differ between the site and our warehouse store;
  • Unless otherwise indicated, product prices do not include shipping and handling charges or applicable federal or provincial sales taxes. Shipping and handling charges and taxes will be indicated separately in the order confirmation for each order, as applicable.

Products returns

  • All requests for product returns must be submitted by email to ventes@fleurexpert.ca within 48 hours of receipt by pickup or delivery;
  • All return requests will be reviewed. Upon approval of the request, Customer Service will provide the customer with an authorization number;
  • Fleurexpert reserves the right to request good quality photographs as proof of damaged products;
  • Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the authorization number;
  • Products must be accompanied by the authorization number, a copy of the invoice and returned to : Retour Fleurexpert, 7905 route Transcanadienne, St-Laurent (Québec), H4S 1L3;
  • Upon receipt, Fleurexpert will inspect the merchandise and credit your account for the amount of the products, less a 10% handling fee of the price of the returned products, provided their condition corresponds to the condition in which they were originally shipped. Delivery charges will only be credited if the order is returned in full.

Product availability

  • Fleurexpert strives to provide the most accurate information possible about the products it sells. However, Fleurexpert does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Please note that because the colors of the products you see will depend on your monitor, screen or display, the company cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will be accurate;
  • The availability of some products may be limited, and some products may not be available. Fleurexpert may at any time revise the products or cease to make certain products available, without notice;
  • If Fleurexpert is unable to deliver a product you have ordered because it is unavailable, Fleurexpert will notify you by e-mail and the product will be automatically cancelled from your order.

Delivery

  • Fleurexpert will ship the products you have ordered according to the delivery method you have chosen and to the address indicated in the order confirmation;
  • Delivery charges correspond to the weight and volume of the items ordered. You will be informed by e-mail or telephone of the delivery charges in order to obtain your approval before completing the transaction;
  • Delivery times provided by the company are estimates only. Fleurexpert declines all responsibility for damages or costs resulting from any delay in delivery;
  • All products purchased from Fleurexpert are delivered to you by a third-party delivery company under the terms of a shipping contract. You become the owner of the products and assume the risk of loss when the company delivers the products to the third-party delivery company;
  • No deliveries will be made to P.O. Boxes.

* Discount is applicable on all in stock items at regular price. Not applicable on any items either on sale, on liquidation and/or with quantity pricing. All backorders must be accepted within 30 days. This rebate is not applicable on handling, delivery charges and applicable taxes.

** 5% discount applicable for all orders of $100 or more purchase. This discount is applicable to our online registered customers, directly on our website. This rebate is not applicable on handling, delivery charges and applicable taxes.

The customer must respect their account conditions and terms. We reserve the right to end this offer, without notice.

You are being transferred to our supplier direct webpage. This webpage is conceived to offer you a range of our most demanded products at competitive prices. In order to have access to these advantages, we request you to accept the sales conditions that are specific to this part of our website. Please click below to agree to the following conditions:

  • Orders placed on the supplier direct website cannot be cancelled.
  • If a product is unavailable from the supplier, we will advise you no later than 72 hours after your order. Affected products will be automatically removed from your order.
